School trips, Friday December 12th

On Friday the vast majority of pupils will be taking part in school trips to mark the end of term. The arrangements have been sent separately, but are summarised below:

Pupils attending their year group trip should arrive at school at the usual time of 8.25am, and go straight to form time. All should be in school uniform. Period 1 will be spent in form groups with tutors. All children attending the trip will arrive back at school at 2.30pm.			Students meet at the venue at 10:45am. The activity runs 11:30am-1:30pm. Pupils will leave at 2pm.	Students meet at the venue at 10:15 am. The activity runs from 11am. Pupils will leave from 12pm.
If your child is not attending the trip, they should arrive for 8.25am and go to form rooms. They will have lessons and activities on site, as for a normal school day. Lunch will be provided for pupils remaining on site.			Year 10 and 11 pupils not going on the trip should make their way to the Assembly Hall by 8.25am and sit in their form lines. They will have lessons and activities on site as for a normal school day. Lunch will be provided for pupils remaining on site.

All pupils should please bring a packed lunch. We will provide these for pupils in receipt of free school meals.
