Arbor Pay
We are a cashless school, all payments for school activities, materials and topping up your child’s account to purchase school meals are made online via Arbor.
On 19th June all parents/carers were sent information by email about the new Arbor system, and Arbor Pay is the new method for adding money on to your child’s account, to allow them to buy items in the school canteen.
All parents/carers should have already received a email with unique log in details, to allow you to create an account in the Arbor App.
If you have not received an email to set up your account, please email enquiries@lister.ncltrust.net with your child’s name and your details, so it can be resent.
Getting ready for the new school year
Make sure you have activated your Arbor account, and have topped up your child’s account so they can purchase food in the canteen.

If you are unable to set up your Arbor account there is a drop in session on Tuesday 2nd September from 9.30am, where staff will be available to assist you in setting up your Arbor account and adding money on to your child’s meals account.
Closing Parentpay accounts
For all current Lister students, Parentpay accounts have been closed and any money that was in your/your child’s account has been moved to your new Arbor account.
For Year 11 students that left in 2025, Parentpay accounts are being manually closed by our finance team and any unspent money will be refunded. This is a manual process, so please be patient while it is completed.
