The DfE (Department for Education) uses six main measures to assess secondary performance, and which are designed to ensure that all schools teach a broad and balanced academic curriculum, with a strong focus on English and maths.
A list of the measures, the associated descriptions, our school results, alongside national results, are reported below. Where our school results are higher than national results, they are highlighted in green.
Leavers’ destinations – August 2023
As a school, we track where our students move to in order to further their education, employment with education or training when they are between 16 and 18 years old.
The overwhelming majority (95%) continue their education. 97% of our students are enrolled in a course of further education, or a course of training, or a course of employment with training.
